Delivery of Functionality in Complex Food Systems - Physically-Inspired Approaches from the Nanoscale to the Microscale. 4th International Symposium. August 21-24, 2011 - University of Guelph. This meeting will be the fourth installment of the Delivery of Functionality in Complex Food Systems series of symposia, first held in 2005 at Lausanne, Switzerland.
This meeting will bring together world-class experts and invited speakers from various fields to discuss the latest and ongoing trends in food structural research. This symposium will also provide a valuable opportunity for representatives from Canada's food industry, government regulatory agencies and academe to build ties with some of the world's leading experts in this area of endeavour.
Registration includes three breakfasts, three lunches and two banquet dinners.
July 15th is the deadline for Early Bird registration. The Early Bird registration fee for students is $150.
