This program launched in 2011 prepares students for exciting careers within the food supply chain. A foundation of core leadership courses combines with studies to develop your understanding of the agriculture and food spectrum, from input supply to processing, transportation, trade, food safety and inspection, wholesaling, distribution and retail. It is offered at the Kemptville Campus.
