Environmental Monitoring & Analysis

This major provides you with the skills and knowledge to apply a variety of analytical methods to the investigation of nature and the impact of chemical and non-chemical disturbances in the environment. You will learn about reactions, transport, effects and fates of chemical species (both natural and artificial) in air, water and soil; how to identify and measure them; their toxicity levels; and appropriate disposal methods.
