Lucia Frick

Lucia Frick is an independent consultant in development and previously served as Director of Deloitte Emerging Markets Canada (to 2004). She is a Canadian/Uruguayan citizen, and has managed/directed long-term international projects in Latin America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

Frick has worked as a university professor, a consultant to both the public and private sectors, and a corporate executive. Special expertise in private sector development and rural development.
