Peter Jones

Peter Jones holds a Canada Research Chair in Nutrition and Functional Foods at the University of Manitoba where he also serves as Director of the Richardson Centre of Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals.

Prior to joining the faculty at University of Manitoba, Jones was professor of nutrition and director of the Mary Emily Clinical Nutrition Research Center in the School of Dietetics and Human Nutrition at McGill University.
