Research currently accounts for approximately 50 per cent of the activities at the university. NLH currently houses 12 departments. Its main emphasis is on planning for tomorrow's agriculture, protecting the natural environment, using technology in agriculture, food quality and fish farming. |
Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, USAEstablished in 1910 as a teacher-training institution, BGSU now offers more than 200 undergraduate majors and programs in seven undergraduate colleges. Of the 20,300 students enrolled at BGSU, 17,300 are undergraduates. All students, regardless of major, take a core group of general education courses. |
