Pamela Wallin to Speak at William A. Stewart Lecture

Pamela Wallin, one of Canada’s most accomplished and esteemed journalists, diplomats and entrepreneurs, and new chancellor of the University of Guelph, will speak at the 2007 William A. Stewart Lecture & Reception to be held March 30 at the London Convention Centre.

Wallin, who will be installed as chancellor in June, will speak on the topic of “Leadership — Lessons from the Canada/U.S. Relationship.”

The lecture begins at 7:00 p.m. A wine and cheese reception will follow.

This event is presented by The Centre for Rural Leadership. Proceeds will help support the Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program (AALP), an executive development program for men and women who want to broaden their horizons and expand their networks to help shape the future of agriculture and agri-food sector in Ontario .
